Terms and Conditions – Travellers Lodge
By confirming a booking or staying at Travellers Lodge, all guests agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General
Travellers Lodge is a 7-bedroom guesthouse providing accommodation with shared and private amenities.
These terms apply to all guests for the duration of their stay.
Check-in time is from 15:00 unless otherwise arranged.
Check-out time is by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior arrangement.
2. Accommodation and Room Amenities
Each guest room is equipped with the following amenities:
Mini fridge
Coffee station
Complimentary Wi-Fi
Ceiling fan
Television
Desk and chair
Rooms are for registered guests only. Additional visitors are not permitted without prior approval from management.
3. Communal Kitchen
A communal kitchen is available for use by all guests.
Guests are requested to clean up after themselves and respect other guests.
Food items should be clearly labelled where applicable.
Travellers Lodge is not responsible for lost or missing food items.
4. Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and indoor areas.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Guests may be charged for any damage or extra cleaning caused by smoking inside rooms.
5. Braai Facilities
Outdoor braai facilities are available for all guests.
Guests must use the braai facilities responsibly and ensure fires are fully extinguished after use.
Travellers Lodge is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damage resulting from the use of braai facilities.
6. Noise and Quiet Hours
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, no noise is permitted after 22:00.
Loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
7. Wi-Fi Usage
Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary service.
Travellers Lodge cannot guarantee uninterrupted or high-speed internet access and is not responsible for service interruptions.

8. Guest Conduct and Property Care
Guests are expected to treat the property, staff, and other guests with respect.
Any damage caused to rooms, furniture, or communal areas may be charged to the guest responsible.
9. Own Risk Disclaimer
All guests enter and remain on the premises entirely at their own risk.
Travellers Lodge, its owners, and staff shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death
sustained on the premises or through the use of any facilities, including but
not limited to the communal kitchen, braai area, parking areas, and walkways.
10. Safety and Supervision
Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of children at all times.
11. Right of Admission
Travellers Lodge reserves the right of admission and may refuse accommodation or terminate a stay
without refund if these terms and conditions are not complied with.
12. Amendments
Travellers Lodge reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
